Nepal Veterinary Council is reviewing the academic curriculum of BVSc & AH of Nepalese veterinary colleges and 10 universities of neighboring countries including OIE Guidelines on Day 1 Competency focusing in areas of Public Health, One Health, Zoonoses and Antimicrobial Resistance to identify gaps in the NVC curriculum from the perspective of minimum standard. Also, NVC is developing curriculum for short courses for continuing education in Public Health, One Health, Zoonoses, and antimicrobial resistance.
