"The Nepal Veterinary Association maintains a welfare fund established for the benefit of its members, which is distributed on a case-by-case basis according to need. Each year, every member contributes a fixed amount to grow this fund. The fund is managed by the Central Executive Committee. Any utilization of the fund approved by the committee must subsequently be endorsed by the association's General Assembly."
